Conference and Event Services coordinates conferences, meetings, special events, facilities and support services for the University, Southern Alberta Community, and casual guests. We can plan, coordinate and execute your event on or off Campus!

The Lux Hotel offers nightly, weekly and monthly accommodations for the months of May-August. We offer 1, 2 and 4 bedroom apartments at an affordable rate to meet all your needs.

Speaker Bio:

Dominika Wojcik is the Assistant Manager for Conference and Event Services at the University of Lethbridge.  Born and raised in Lethbridge, and a proud Alumni of the University of Lethbridge, Dominika’s passion for working with people, led her into events and marketing.  Her career started at the City of Lethbridge, organizing a variety of events, including Project Connect.  Currently at the University, she has organized and coordinated a large number of events and conferences ranging from 10-2000 people. Dominika’s passion for people has also pushed her to pursue many volunteer opportunities, including her current role as the VP External on the YWCA Board. Her greatest challenge now, is finding the perfect balance between being a career driven woman, a wife, and being super mom to her one year old son, Max.
